Kentucky Racetrack President Gets DUI
The president of the Kentucky Speedway, Jerry Carroll, plead guilty to driving while drunk inside a Kenton County courtroom, Tuesday morning.[WCPO.com]
One should never be drunk inside a courtroom, let alone drive around in one.
