I've said it before and I'll say it again: Toronto is a great city and is a great model for Cincinnati to follow if it wants to become a world-class city.

i love Canadians, and I love Toronto! Vancouver is my number 1 in Canada, but Toronto, a close 2nd.
The before photo looks a lot like Cincinnati. None of the proposed changes look very expensive at all.

Toronto is a wonderful city. Saying that it is a good model for Cincinnati is like saying LeBron James is a good model for my basketball game -- in other words, there's a loooong way to go. ;-)
